Our stay at Jorvik Lodge was exceptional! The location couldn't have been better, just minutes away from the buzzing city center. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen had great appliances and we loved the sunny outdoor space at the rear. The free on-site parking was a huge plus. The host was friendly and accommodating, providing us with essentials like milk, tea, and coffee. we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this property.
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slightly outdated TV without a TV guide and limited channel options. It would have been nice to have a speaker and TVs in the bedrooms.

The location of the lodge is ideal, with the city center just a few minutes away, offering a buzzing atmosphere. The bedrooms and bathrooms are appointed well and comfortable. Guests have access to great appliances in the kitchen, making self-catering a breeze. The lodge provides free parking on-site, a massive advantage. There is also a lovely sunny outdoor space at the rear, perfect for relaxing.
Communication and check-in could be improved. There were issues with parking, as the spaces were too narrow for some cars.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions and amenities. The secure car park was a huge plus, as we didn't have to worry about finding parking. Another great aspect was the beautiful garden, where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
One major downside was the lack of hot water. We weren't warned about the timer, so we ended up having cold showers on the first day.
